I always have a good experience with The Bridge. People complain about the phone queues and that lot but hey, its the same everywhere so Im not going to comment on that (tip: 10.30 am is a good time to ring, but mondays can be an exception). Theres a new service on their website called online triage so you can use that to skip the phone service. Anyway, theyre the most helpful and professional. Shoutout to Dr Ghanem Tayara who looked at my child yesterday. Great doctor! Thanks for looking after us, doc!

Doctors here used to be quite nice but since they've all left they might as well shut the door as nobody seems to want to carry out their vocation of being a caring individual for their customers. I am supposed to have regular checks for my diabetes, what a joke. I'm lucky if I get one once a year. In fact I didn't even get feedback from my last set of blood tests, which isn't surprising as my wife has recently been diagnosed with eye problems caused by blood pressure, which she is supposed to have monitored regularly, but once again, NOTHING!!! The receptionists used to be dragons, but smart dragons! NOW they are just scruffy, Chewing gum. This surgery just doesn't care!!!!!!!

I have found The Bridge surgery to be very efficient and the initial phone or call back appointment is working well despite my initial reservations.. I was called back this week and able to go down to the surgery to be assessed. I was given a prescription which was available straight away across the road at Knight's chemist. Three days later I am beginning to feel better after being quite unwell. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful and have a difficult and demanding job

I would give you less if I could, the receptionists are so unhelpful and most are rude this surgery is going down hill.
