St Stephens Surgery

It's *impossible* to get any service. Keep getting stuck on hold without even a queue number and there's never once any appointments. You have to use the phone but apparently nobody actually works here because nobody picks up the phone.

Overall, the staff are kind and professional. However, the quality of help and treatment you receive greatly depends on which doctor you see. I've had appointments with one doctor which will go smoothly, yet go the complete opposite way when given another doctor. Very hit and miss.

I'm not going to lie I've had good and bad experiences here. The one doctor who has always went above and beyond for my health conditions is ( Dr Carter, hope I've spelt her name correctly ) the reason I've stayed at this surgery is thanks to her, the nurses and receptionists. They are amazing!! Unfortunately I cannot say all doctors like her. She is the reason I give 4 stars and want to say a big thank you to her.
