        My husband had an appointment for a blood test, which he was very nervous of having. Appointment was 11.05 we arrived at 10.50, was called in immediately. Lovely phlebotomist who put him at ease straight away. Brilliant service. Well done Elgar.

        I had a appointment 16:40 with Dr a Smith at 17:10 I left without seeing him I was told he was with a patient but running late how is that if you can only see the doctor 30 minutes max and in the time I got there no patient was called to he's room all the other staff I have seen very good as for Dr a Smith you need to get a new clock
