Had an angiogram at worcester hospital 3 weeks ago and they changed my medication for my heart failure of which i have 4weeks supply left but can not even get a telephone appointment with my doctor to get my next prescription and to put it on repeat, every time i ring its call back on monday and try then as its at least 4 weeks once your able to get an appointment i am likely to run out of important heart condition tablets its a disgusting situation and the people on the end of the phone do not care or have any idea as they are not clinicians as we are told they are

Couldn't book an appointment - 2 months......!!!!!?????? Not available by the app, not available over the phone, can't get it in person.....why I pay for NHS every month...?!?! Sarcastic woman in reception told me - " to change the surgery" instead resolve the problem, totally waste of time (don't know what she still doing there - go to bazaar selling things, that will be correct place for you).....
