3 stars for the banana milkshake, it was 3.99 for a small cup, I was expecting milk, ice cream and real banana, but I was amazed to see the guy scooping powder into my shake, if I wanted one like that, I could have got some Nesquick from Tesco and done my own. I just feel if Shake is in the name of the shop, you should make them all with fresh ingredients, not powdered artificial ingredients. It tasted ok, but I could tell straight away it was artificially flavoured.

Fabulous milkshake and desserts cafe in central Redditch. Very popular with children. Had a delicious Lotus Biskoff sundae.

I would not recommend ordering from here. Maybe in store the service is better, however as a takeout it's not worth the money. Part of order was missing and the cake slice was enough for one bite. Disappointing that is considered acceptable to serve!

I normally enjoy this establishment but recently the time to relieve food is awful to see I've literally ordered a pancake and it's took over 40 mins is a shambles

Popped in for a milkshake real quick. Amazing customer service from the girl working today around 5pm. Rated service from her 10/10, 11/10 for the milkshake
