Ordered two waffles and they were absolutely amazing, fresh and hot, out of all the dessert places in redditch this is the place to go, prices are very reasonable aswell, keep it up guys

We ordered here at 9.35pm the 4th January after waiting an hour we decided to call and ask where the order was, we was told the driver was on his way, we waited till 11pm, phoned again to find out it was closed, the order didnt turn up at all, so today the 5th January we had been trying to make contact with dessert club and no answer, 5pm hit and we phoned again and said we ordered was told it was out for delivery and nobody arrived, didnt even get an apology, the fact they didnt call us today and we had to call them is disgusting they eventually delivered the desserts after 6pm so basically we had to wait a day. And the dessert I ordered didnt even come with the ice cream. Totally avoid this place no compassion at all. and the fact they had the audacity to lie on the phone saying it was out for delivery is also disgusting.
