Wow. Blown away by the kindness and compassion at this dental practice. I havent been for eight years as terrified of any dentist. I went for a very overdue check up with tooth pain - with Ollie Dyer, bizarrely I only need a small chip repairing. I had to go sick. Ollie and his assistant were fabulous. The filling is now done (on a precarious cracked tooth) and Im no longer in pain! I think its also a white one which is Ive booked to go back in six months. And Ill deffo be going. Called and was on hold for over one hour and a half. When someone finally answered, I spoke to them for 5 seconds and they hung up on me. Rude staff and unhelpful

Sadly very poor experience and continues to get worse each visit, no issue with dentist but reception staff really need training on recieving and acknowledging patients, wasted an hour waiting as they were busy talking to be told as I hadn't approached them I'd have to re book, if I'm stood waiting by reception you could at least greet me and book me in but ignoring people and making them feel awkward while you complain about cancellation lists must be more import,needs improvement or like many others we will move practice
