Any company that uses this type of company and its methods when dealing with small local businesses should be ashamed.
My invoices have always been paid for 20 years and I will never use the company again if they repay loyal customers by using this disgraceful means to an end.

In simple terms, if you work in the construction industry you NEED a subscription with this company!
A company is only as good as its staff though, and this is also this company's greatest strength.
I cannot overstate the level of service provided, depth of knowledge and genuine warmth from each and every one of the team I have dealt with.
Full credit to the directors for creating this environment. I know how difficult this is to achieve across a business, but also how important it is if you are going to succeed in the long term.
They are hands down the single best credit referencing service I have used anywhere.
Their offering goes way beyond simply providing reports and insight as the usual suspects (Creditsafe, Experian etc) do.
They record the experiences of other subscribers (positive and negative).
They provide a range of support options when your customer needs reminding it is in their best interests to pay you (most are included in the subscription).
The monthly cost by the way, is surprisingly low - I would have charged more! :)
And possibly most usefully, they tell you when something serious may be happening with a customer in your portfolio.
This last one has proved very useful twice this year!
