        My husband has recently had an operation and needed some medical supplies which were ordered on Tuesday and promptly delivered this morning. My husband is unable to lift anything heavy and I was working from home but on the phone and the driver kindly brought the parcel into our house for my husband. Fabulous 1st class service which you don't usually get anymore. Thankyou APC Redditch.

        Tried to drop off a computer for delivery today, told they dont do computers. Rang the Birmingham branch was told us that APC DO deliver computers. Has involved driving an additional 60 miles to take it there instead. To lie to a customers face is totally despicable behaviour. Seriously unimpressed.

        No notification of delivery time sent till hours after attempted delivery. Many, many failed attempts to get hold of over phone and package returned to sender without my knowledge even though I had selected on their system to pickup. Would rather drive 200 miles to location to pickup then ever use again.
