        Bupa Redditch, bad time keeping continues. What is the point of having an appointment time if you don't stick to it? I had a 10am appointment and wasn't seen until 10.40am. I appreciate there may be a 5 or even a 10 minute wait but 40 minutes? If I were a private paying customer I wonder if I'd of waited as long. I'm starting to believe the nhs patients are treated differently. I'd love to hear your comments. Thanks
