My alloys were damaged by HALFORDS AutoCentre Surbiton when they were fitting three new tyres. They tried to tell me the fresh scuffs were curb damage and were there before the new tyres were fitted and they apparently have photographs to prove it. Despite numerous requests from me, they cannot provide me with this photographic evidence? I have been rudely spoken to by the manager at the local autocentre who wouldnt even arrange to look at the wheels in person I have been told a thorough investigation has taken place but I dispute this as no one has asked to see my wheels and have made assumptions on my photographic evidence. No one is replying to my correspondence at Halfords therefore I have been advised by trading standards to process a small claim case. I am asking for a full refund or for my wheels to be repaired. Its not a large sum and only fair considering the horrendous treatment I have experienced.

Since they've taken over tyres on the drive the service is appalling. They don't do the jobs you pay for and leave them half finished and lie about the quality of their work. When you try to get them back out to fix it the hub managers ignore you and refuse to respond. The call staff are ok but I feel like I haven't bad any meaningful results and im extremely upset by the whole ordeal I feel like I've been scammed .

BEWARE! 250 item ordered online, never delivered, spoken to customer services multiple times, CS confirm non delivery and that the item has been received back by them. Still no refund 4 months later. Thieves.
