        I was trying to return a parcel and being the tech savvy person I am, I couldn't print a label off. The lady in the shop was extremely useful and was able to sort it for me whilst I had a mental breakdown.

        Wouldn't use the parcel service. Went to collect my parcel to find out they'd given it to someone else the day before. Photographic ID was also needed. Service from both staff members was poor at best.
