Today me and my partner took an Xbox to the gentleman within Redditch. He was really courteous and kind and completed a really good job fixing the Xbox HDMI port and cleaning dust from the insides as he worked! He did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend! We will be going there again

Excellent service. From the first phone call to the PS5 being returned fully working I can only heap praise on Peter and his team. I would also advise not to attempt any home repairs or using repair services that do not specialise in game consoles; the outcomes are not good and costly.

I would definitely recommend using Mtek. Being honest. I was very wary of sending my grandsons PS5 off to a company I knew nothing about. I looked into the company as much as I could, then gave them a call. I spoke to a gentleman named Peter who very quickly put me at ease, and gave me great advice about how to pack and label the console. I asked if it would be possible to get the console repaired and back to me within 4 days as this was the Easter holidays and my grandson was having withdrawal symptoms Peter said he would do the best he could and he did. I sent it on Monday and I received the repaired console back on Thursday. I found the website easy to request the repair, and follow the instructions.
