What I like about the owner is he will tell you when things are uneconomic to repair and he will give you good advice, even at the expense of a sale.
Your not paying for a fancy shop, but they have free parking outside, they are welcoming and the costs are very reasonable considering the expensive programmes they employee to recover your data. I've been happy enough to recommend them to my boss and a few colleagues, and they report to me that they have received good service too.
