        Call reception for contact details at delivery place in Bicester but she wasn't helpful and hang up on me. I was struggling to find someone to accept insulation delivery for 40 minutes. Finally I was directed by another person from another company to go and see particular person on JCB driver. Why would company give contact details of the person who was on holiday and wasn't going to be there. That was my productive waste of my time.
