Chi3 Chinese & Cantonese Takeaway

Phone ringing out then turned off. Googled the restaurant, said closed on Sunday- waiting over an hour passed the expected delivery time then gave up and sent some one to Maccies. Estimated delivery time 17:50, arrival time 19:25. Stone Cold! Clearly had been sat in the drivers car for an hour & half. More fool me for not reading recent reviews before ordering. Have ordered from this place many times before but never again! They should turn off ordering if they cannot keep up or dont have the drivers rather than keep taking orders

I understand they are busy on NYE which is why I ordered early but it was still over 1/2 an hour past the delivery eta. Unfortunately the food was cold & over cooked .

Dreadful service, ordered from just eat & was advised it would be delivered by 7pm, called at 7:15pm and was told it was on the way - called again at 7:45pm and was advised it hadn't left yet as they had no driver? Now, from reading the reviews on just eat, i can see this is a continuous problem. If you simply can not deliver on time, then get yourself off the delivery option and put collection only! this service is disgraceful. I am now over an hour waiting for food & still nothing, I would recommend not ordering from here unless you're happy to wait an extra 1+ hours to receive your food.

Best chinese take away in a long time. Chicken balls perfect, beef satay skewers just right. Just ordering again.

Food was dreadful this is onion rings 3.50 the paper bag was drenched in oil because they were so soggy,won't be ordering from here again
