cold food ..missing food ..lied to about delivery waited hour a half for 40 min order was told out with driver but hadnt left shop absolutely disgusted tonight especially when you consider how much we paid

I am not very happy with my order tonight. I ordered for two people, two meals and some spring rolls and sauces. Nothing was said on the phone everything was okay- waited for my food to arrive for 40 minutes(also fine on a friday night) for the driver to tell me they had none of one persons meal sent this back unfortunately because i like the food. Nothing was said no attempt to call and see if we wanted something else? My partner would have had nothing to eat? Over an hour wasted and jow having to wait on another delivery!! Not happy

Absolutely disgusting, that bad I wouldnt give it a star rating if possible This is the first negative review I have made. I have never had such a bad take away. 2/3rds of if was thrown away or spat out, save your money buy a ready meal from Aldi (other supermarkets available) most definitely better Chinese take always in Redditch.
