Nasty corrupt car dealership, headed up by a narcissist named Andy. If this review helps one person not get scammed by this "company", then I will be able to sleep better at night. They are selling trash, just look at other reviews! Then when you return that trash back to them a week later, they proclaim that to issue a refund, they must sell the defective car first. This is in clear violation of law laid down in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is the first time I have ever reported a company to Trading Standards, hopefully this may encourage more people to stand up to bullies like this and report their shocking business practices. If youre thinking about buying a car from this cowboy, just remember it has probably been rejected by someone else already. The only saving grace here was that I paid using a Credit Card, without this, I don't believe Clear Car Credit had any intentions to return the cash.
