No hassle sale. Dealt with Chris and was fab customer service. Didnt feel pressured. Went there a few days before just to get a proper valuation as knew the website wouldnt be accurate but it wasnt far off what online gave me and sold the car to them 4 days later after picking up a new car. All so easy and money was in the bank next day!

Whole process very easy and quick. Guy in Redditch branch very professional and helpful. Did not receive sale invoice by email as expected, however again Redditch branch very responsive and sorted it very quickly. Will use again. Well done. People complaining about quotation value obviously forget that you need to report all damage on the car online before appointment to get accurate price as I did. I received what they promised.
