Breakfast In Bed

Ordered our breakfast at 9, after almost 2 hours of waiting we called staff, they said it would arrive in 5 minutes, that obviously didn't happen, had to ring multiple times afterwards, the staff were rude, called my girlfriend a "troll" when she said she would leave a bad review as our food was 2 and a half hours late and they refused to give us a free breakfast, said they could tomorrow (what?) The kicker is that the manager eventually proceeded to call us, mouthed off, very rude and eventually told us both to "f*ck off" and hung up the phone The worst part is no-one apologised Never experienced a manager and staff this awful in my life AVOID (Obviously)

This place is a joke, ordered food and after an hour wait received txt saying our order was on the way. Must have been coming from Timbuktu as there followed more waiting which prompted a call by wife to ask how long it was going to be.Lady said twenty minutes but alas that was bull because twenty minutes came and went- by this time we were well into afternoon
