Communication is great up until you purchase the bike. Had an issue after the first ride and had zero replies back. Finally found the issue to be a completely bent rear axle and have had to take the wheel to a local bike shop for replacement. They also block anyone that leaves negative comments on their website so be aware. And for context I contacted you via Facebook messenger about the issue, the same contact method I used to contact you prior to the purchase and the same method that you used to reply to me about a dozen times. I have also since emailed with the details of the fault and what my local bike shop needed to do to sort the issue but still had zero reply. Like I said previously great communication up until you order they will then block you on Facebook as soon as you make any sort of negative remark.

Ordered the Scorpion ladies hybrid bike, it arrived the next day. Unfortunately there was a faulty issue with the gear box. Emailed them got a phone call response in less then 10min from Paul asking if I could explain the issue the best I could, he was amazingly helpful. He then passed me onto his colleague Peter (I think he said he was a mechanic) . Peter requested to take some pictures so they could see if if it was just a human fault and fixable, or not fixable. Mine was unfixable so Peter began sorting out a new model for me. It arrived less then 12 hours later. Very open, honest, helpful and friendly company - will now always use as my go to site for bike/accessories. Thank you so much guys! Pete & Paul you were both amazing!!!

They are really good and you can trust them if you have a issue with the item they will replace very fast I recommend 100% well done
