Perfect Nails & Brows Redditch

Went to have my eyebrows for the first time and they did different shapes for both side i told that lady that one side is very thick but she didn't care. They charged 13 for eyebrows and upperlips. Never going to use this place again

Acrylic not applied properly and all chipped on sides, 3 cuts on fingers due to how much they was filed. The gel polish colour was applied once which left it see through patchy at its best, needed another colour but at this point I was in there long enough I just wanted to get out. Rude owner constantly talking to two other girls not in English clearly about customers. Wouldnt return, felt uncomfortable the whole two hours. Service: Acrylic nails

This is one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I have been left with battered nails, cuticles and fingers and as a result of which, I am left seeking medical treatment for an infection due to the multiple cuts that were caused by the use of excessive drillings, filling and plucking of the skin around my nails. My fingers were left bleeding and the technician could not care less. I was charged an extortionate amount with no sympathy received for an uneven, unsatisfactory job. AVOID. THIS. PLACE. BEWARE. Anything but perfect nails. I went for an Infill today, done by the lady with red hair. First of all the nail file was blunt and filthy. Completely unhygienic. ( most nail salons now give you a fresh file and buffer as you walk in to take away????) Secondly, I had a French manicure (the most basic nails you can have) and they were completely uneven and messy. I told the technician this, who said she had asked me as she went along if they were ok (which she did, however its hard to tell when your hand is at arms length on the other side of a filthy apex screen) she removed the paint and aggressively filed down my nails. She then refused to finish the nails off and told me I would have to go elsewhere, even though I said she could just do a plain colour instead. I was forced to pay 15 (which I will be reversing and reporting) for plain unfinished acrylic on my nails. The remaining acrylic is all different shapes and length. Disgusting in terms of both treatment and hygiene. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, WHICH IS PROBABLY LINGERING IN THEIR DISGUSTING OVERUSED NAIL FILES.
