        Yet again brilliant service, I have been with the Halifax for many, many years and I have to say the Redditch branch is brilliant, nothing is ever to much trouble, thank you Halifax Redditch for everything you do

        Wonderful bank , staff so efficient and friendly, very sorry had to leave and swop to another bank due to bank closing at 3pm , doesn't make sense when all other banks in redditch are open longer hours. Not really helpful when you want to discuss things

        Trying to sort out a bank account for my daughter. She's at school till 4 and I get 1 Saturday off a month. Office hours and 9 till 5, why does the bank close at 3 on week days.
