Brambles Residential Care Home - Sanctuary Care

I recently visited the Brambles and have to put in writing what a wonderful experience it was all due to the lovely Laura. Such a knowledgeable, happy and caring young lady. I left there feeling confident that the people living there are well cared for.

I dont know where all these great reviews are coming from because I have a close relative living here and we are not impressed. He has lost a lot of weight since arriving, not encouraged to eat or drink, and left to eat alone in his room, despite us repeatedly asking for him to be taken down to the dining room. He is losing his capacity for conversation as he isn't given any social interaction. The staff individually are nice people but they clearly aren't trained for dementia patients and information doesn't get passed on or retained. I cry in the car after every visit because it makes me so sad that he is living like that.
