I work since 12 in hospitality . Im 52 now and i never saw a person take half hour to serve 1 vodka/ Apple juice. The bar was pact with people waiting to be served. All of us ,customers from 20 years and the odd tourist were pacient or left. It was a very sad !. That lady i thought was on trial....NO. its the floor manager!!!! I would have ask her to leave the bar and choose other areas like close in a office. She was rude and unprofessional. Ivone or something similar her name. The poor other bar staf, a very pleasant ( and VERY PATIENT) got behind the bar and served 15 people while she serve 1. I counted!!!! Very sad....
