All was fine, went in for a last minute manicure to kill some time whilst my husband had an appointment and I really wish I hadnt now. The lady who was very nice, started trimming at my cuticles and it was very painful. I kept wincing, so it was no secret that she was being too rough. She butchered the nail bed on my left middle finger, it didnt stop bleeding the whole time. The manicurist kept saying it was dried blood but when I dabbed it with tissue it was fresh blood, and not from a little scratch like she was trying to pass off, the whole nail bed was bleeding. A day later, my finger is incredibly sore & red, I had to sleep with savlon on it to try and reduce to soreness and redness. To make up for the damage, she knocked two pounds off and if I wasnt in a hurry to get back to my husband then I would have argued for more money off. The picture is a day later, after having a shower. Safe to say, I would never go back to this place again. Ive never had this issue with having a manicure before.
