Bad experience, first they wrote me for a bill payment and Melissa S. I would be grateful if you could make payment at your earliest convenience, when I tried to pay I found there was not the Iban needed for International payments and asked for Iban. As I was waiting for enough number of new payments to makes again the payment, I got a mail from a never seen before Micaela C. pretending a 30 late payment fee as 17 days had passed. Poor King Charles that to give a fine must state, if payment is not made in 15 days there is a 30 surcharge and cant use these new methods to improve his entrances.

Elodie has been very professional throughout the viewing. Prepared brochures in advance with detailed annual out-goings and lease situation for each individual property, knowledgable about the local area, shares honest perspective and opinion about the property, and most importantly, leaves yourself to assess and make judgement. A refreshing difference from certain mass market agency whose 20 something eager-eyed slippery tongued salesman pushes aggressively with various hard-selling technique to the extent of insult. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in SW5 area.

Our building changed managing agents and not long after our flat had some damage due to a leak. Kate Wood was very diligent and cooperative in getting the repair work done. She was always on top of things and everything turned out very well. Really glad that we are in better hands now.

TLC@Earls Court are "THE" estate agents if you are looking to buy/sell/rent in the area. They have been very helpful and they know their area really well. They are very practical which is extremely important when it comes to buying or selling or even renting out a property. Special mention to Toby Churchus who has been extremely helpful and understanding with all my requests and questions.
