I was extremely impressed by Mark Hustwit, Olivia Leigh and the wider sales team at Savills Chelsea. The sale process for our Chelsea townhouse could not have been more seamless. Huge amounts of preparation had been conducted prior to launch, so that when we officially went to market multiple viewings began immediately. We received a number of offers at and above the asking price and eventually settled on a buyer in less than a week post launch. Exchange took place three weeks later. I cannot emphasise enough the professionalism and commitment demonstrated by the Savills team from the outset. I could not have hoped for a more efficient process and outcome. I have sold properties in the past and was expecting the inevitable hiccups and delays that come with a sale. Due to the invaluable experience and general excellence of Mark and his team, we did not encounter any of these hurdles along the way. Huge thanks to everyone involved.
