Simon Hardie at John D Wood is in a different class of estate agents - could not be more impressed with the service I received! Such a pleasure to deal with someone who clearly cares so much about making sure his clients are looked after and the properties he is selling are marketed to the best level. Not only did he get a great price for my flat, he rounded up the solicitors in my sale on a daily basis as well as every agent, solicitor, paralegal, buyer and whoever else was involved in the rest of the chain..all with incredible grace.

David and his team at the Earls Court office were great. I had the right advice from the very beginning right through to completion to help me sell my property at a good price. It was just not just the advice, but how him and his team dealt / communicated with the prospective buyer(s) to get them to move forward and stayed close with them so as to ensure the targeted completion date was met. If it werent for David and his team I likely would not have managed to get my property sold for the price I got.

Simon Hardie is perhaps the most thorough agent in the SW area, I can safely say if it wasnt for him going the extra mile, I would have most definitely lost this property. In a very fractured process, he managed to find all the necessary moving parts and somehow got them to work together. Would definitely Recommend him as the go to person to get the difficult things done..What a star!!!
