        They did a terrible job fixing down some flooring in my building, which is just a few doors down from their shop. I asked whether they could pop round to fix it and they were evasive and frankly quite rude. Its not a big enough job to warrant the efforts of a small claims court so I have instead hired another contractor. Very disappointing as I really like to support my local shops and businesses.
