9 Round Earls Court

I have been a member of 9Round in the U.S. for about six months and visited this location while on holiday in the U.K. Great location and friendly trainers! It has an energetic atmosphere and they accommodate any limitations you may have while pushing you to meet your goals. When I first started at 9Round I had no kickboxing experience, was out of shape from Covid restrictions and intimidated about trying this sort of workout. They start you out wherever your fitness level is and build on that each workout. I have lost over 25 pounds, have gained lean muscle, core strength and confidence as I'm doing things I never thought I could do. An unexpected bonus is the mental health boost. Kicking and punching with boxing gloves on is such a release. Anxiety is down and sleeping much better. This has been a game changer in my life! As a side note, my doctor took me off of my blood pressure medication after only three months of doing this workout! Highly recommend this place!!

Honestly, if you are looking for a great workout, 9 Rounds Earls Court is the place to be! When you go ask for Mark Kaplan, I am delighted with his help, guidance and expertise. Best trainer around without a doubt!
