Great personalised personal training session yet again. I really enjoy the fact that your body posture is closely monitored and corrected on each exercise to ensure highest efficiency and most of all avoid the risk of unintended injury. If one goes a couple of times a week, the monthly subscription is a no brainer. Highly recommend Neville and his team of A* trainers

As an American moving to London I was looking for a high quality gym. Neville is incredibly knowledgeable and each session is personalized towards my needs / goals, with an emphasis on mobility and injury prevention often overlooked in weight lifting. I have tried so many gyms over the years and I can honestly say I have now found the gym for me! I actually look forward to working out and meeting the staff and other members who are so encouraging, its like a big family. Such wonderful support, you guys are awesome and worth every penny!!!
