I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your services. Despite paying for the delivery of my packages to specific addresses, I have repeatedly experienced issues where my packages are delivered to completely different addresses without the recipient's consent. This careless and irresponsible behavior on your part has caused me to lose a significant number of packages over the years, and has resulted in considerable inconvenience and financial losses for me. It is unacceptable that I have to constantly worry about whether my packages will arrive at their intended destination or not. I expect better from a service that I am paying for, and I urge you to take immediate steps to rectify this problem.

Absolutely joke of a place kept telling my parcel wasnt with them then magically appeared that it was with them after forcing them to check multiple times
