        Not very good I have arthritis in my knees and had 10 sessions booked by my workplace. Yet I had one 10 minutes session then not another one for 3 months it wasn't as regular as I would of liked so there was no improvement whatsoever I ended up only having 9 sessions which took almost a whole year to do then my last session I received a text this morning at 8.25am saying my last appointment was at 8.26am the same day....which is a bit daft but then I received another message saying complete a survey...clicked on it....hmmmm it doesn't work....pointless
