Am very impressed the way this optician deals with their customers. I have been having issues with my eyes (old) and thought I would not be able to do close work again. However I have just received my new glasses after having cataract op in both eyes. And having the best consultation with regards to the particulars issues with my eyes and delighted with the end result. Many, many thanks for your patience.

This is a very convenient place to go to get your eyes checked. The staff are very friendly, professional and welcoming and are very good with children and also give very useful advice. They go above and beyond to help you and make sure you are happy and well taken care of. I would never go anywhere else now.

Excellent customer service! During lockdown my glasses were damaged by my children therefore I needed to purchase a new pair. The staff were extremely professional during the lockdown period, wearing masks and I was the only customer being served. The appointment was made especially for me, with flexible time slots being offered, and at no point did I feel rushed to make a decision. I got offered to try on several different pairs of glasses all of which were thoroughly disinfection afterwards. I am currently trialing contact lenses also, I would definitely recommend Redbourn Eye Care!

I visited here for a check-up with my two young children who were both having their first eye test. The staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming or thorough. A great experience.
