I ordered some supposedly in stock gym equipment from Pure Source Nutrition mid March on the basis that the company claimed to dispatch items within 1-3 days. 2 weeks later, the items had not been dispatched, but I had assumed that due to the current climate, the company was experiencing some delays. I tried logging into my account to check the progress of my order, I could not do this. I tried resetting the password and I still could not access my account. I tried sending a query via the contact us form on the website and I also tried calling, to no avail. I then raised the case as a dispute with PayPal and Pure Source Nutrition failed to respond to the deadline that PayPal had set. As a result, Ive been lucky enough to receive my money back. Gym equipment is in high demand right now, but please do yourself a favour and order with a more reputable company even if it means waiting for stock to come back in.
