UPDATE: GDK have been in touch and have promised that the missing item is now in the post, I will remove this rating as and when it is received. I have probably been harsh simply through frustration trying to get answers, if I had been informed at any stage that they were waiting on stock I would not have been so cross. I will update further as and when the item is received. Ordered three items, received two, despite numerous calls and promises to call me back, this never happened. It was the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. Do not give these people your money !! Will update if I ever hear back from them, but that is very doubtful.

I researched online for a Police Approved Digital Vault Gun Safe and opted for GDK Trading. Before I ordered the safe I had several questions regarding the product and postage costs. Gary answered all my queries promply and fully. Subsequently Ordering was a very straight forward essy process with a tracking number that allowed me to follow the journey from England to N. Ireland. The safe arrived 3 days after ordering. I have it installed and am very pleased with the quality. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company for first class customer service with an exceptionally helpful and friendly approach.
