Thomas Kent Clocks

Two problems: a)The "first order discount code" flashed up on the screen for such a short while it was impossible to write it down in time. It seems no-one has tested this function before going live!! The customer service dept. did get back to me with the code b)I ordered the clock on Wednesday and was offered Next Day delivery, which was great, meaning it would arrive before Easter. It didn't! On Thursday I got a mail from the courier to tell me it would be Tuesday. Reported to Customer Services and no answer or apology to date! It seems that the Customer isn't considered in the business process.

Website great, lots of choice. The Editor Salt Large Clock was perfect. Delivery was fine. Clock looks stunning. Not cheap, worth every penny. Thanks Thomas Kent!

Ordered through Next. The clock was a disgrace. Damaged and broken. On calling the office in St. Albans they admitted it comes from China for 5 . Well

We have had our 50 cm wall clock about 4years has always kept good time and looked very nice,until until about 3 weeks ago when the outside area with the numbers on started to appear streaky and sticky to touch as if starting to break down I rang customer service this morning and was told out of guarantee and that they had not heard anyone having this problem I have since been reading reviews and seen that someone else had the same thing such a shame as we really liked the clock was quite expensive thought it would last longer than that shop we purchased from is no longer there poor customer service sent photos as advised no reply also not used in kitchen or bathroom in dining room and nowhere was told not to hang in these areas but not relevant as has not been used
