SYNETIQ - Bury St Edmunds

IVE BROUGHT LOTS OF CARS OVER THE COUNTRY MOSTLY SYNETIQ OVER MANY YEARS. So bury Saint Edmunds are the worst!! Absolutely shocking attitude of the staff. Un Copious amounts of hidden damage . Very poor photos . Damaging cars whilst unloading them in and out of the site. I complained about The condition of the car not being as described on the website. I was told it's not their problem and the accept no responsibility. I would even go as far to say I've never had a car this badly described ever. I will most certainly be leaving my review on trust pilot. Anybody looking to buy cars avoid these guys. This branch needs to be closed down with immediate effect . I wouldn't even give them 1 star!

Worst place I've bought a car from the car I bid on was nothing like the car I picked up was the whole side smashed and they saw a little mark on arch on the pictures witch was rusty to get away with the cached damaged down the side even had fresh paint next to the rust AVOID absolutely terrible service only online chat and no one speaks proper English false advertising the cars drives them out on falk lifts just do not buy from here any one

Not sure what all the fuss is about, I bought a car from them, it was ready on collection, the lads were friendly and on time. Good service
