The worst system for booking an appointment. You can only book for the same day you call up and by 9am there are no appointments left. They might as well just switch the phones off. Utterly useless.

I would like to say thank you to the folks at Reynard .I had a mass on my chest and they got me in to to see my GP rather quickly .My GP Dr .Hopkinson is amazing .I was able to get the breast clinic and had a biopsy which was negative .You should not take the NHS for granted coming from a country where healthcare is costly with no result .We need to protect the NHS. We need to acknowledge our GPs for the work they do

There is no point in booking an appointment online at a given hour. They never call at that hour. Not even close to the given hour. Not even one time! I have been waiting for the call and rang them back to tell them I can not wait any longer. My workplace doesn't allow phones inside of the premises. I told the receptionist I could wait another 20 min and an hour later, still outside in the cold waiting for the phone call. I have asked to be called after 4:30 but this couldn't be arranged. Covid is over. You should think about going back. This is just outrageous! Who should I hold responsible when my manager asks for clarification? Who is going to pay for my lost income? Well done.
