Had a brilliant experience here yesterday taking my daughter for a tooth extraction. She was so incredibly anxious about this procedure following a very traumatic extraction when she was 6, but the whole team here made the experience such a positive one despite her fear. From the lady on reception who came over to comfort and reassure my daughter when she was upset in the waiting room, to the dentist and the dental nurse who showed incredible patience and understanding with her and really took their time to put her at ease and make sure she felt in control, everyone was just amazing. She was given numbing gel on her gum before having the injection, and everything was explained in a very child friendly way so she felt minimal discomfort and understood what was happening throughout. They all showed such kindness and empathy, and as a mother that also made the experience so much easier for me too. Also the fact that they squeezed us in so that we could have this done before going away on holiday this weekend when we are not even registered patients, it was really appreciated. The difference between the experience we had with this team, and the experience we had with the previous extraction at another dental surgery was vast, and I cannot thank all of the staff involved enough. My daughter is now feeling empowered, a lot less anxious about the dentist, and excited to return to have her brace fitted I would thoroughly recommend this dental surgery, especially if you are an anxious patient.

Dr Emmanouilidis was incredible. I am not a fan of going to the dentist. He kept me calm and worked incredibly fast. I didnt feel a thing. Absolutely fantastic work. Not as afraid of dentists anymore. Pain free, fast and caring!

Excellent service from booking an emergency appointment to treatment on the day. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend-professional service
