All went fairly well at first with Michael apart from some minor communication difficulties. The full valet and application of the ceramic coating to my vehicle was completed to a high standard and for a competitive price. However, a few weeks or so after the work, whilst cleaning the car, I noticed a small area of paintwork appeared rippled as if the ceramic coating had not been properly buffed before it had set hard. I reported this minor defect to Michael so he could rectify. The communication then became very poor with sporadic excuses including the weather was too hot so I should wait even longer. My last message was sent at the end of August and I am still waiting for a response. The work was carried out in May and this poor service undermines what was initially a very promising experience. As a consequence, I have had to let friends whom I had previously recommended Michaels services to that they might be best avoiding Enhanced Mobile Valeting, which is a real shame.

Contacted this company along with many others to try and organise a full valet on a car I had just bought for my son's 17th birthday present. Enhanced contacted me back and explained the cost of the service I requested. I had already had one failed visit from another company so I explained the situation to the chap on the phone. It was short notice and initially enhanced said unfortunately they would not be able to help me. About half an hour later enhanced called me back and said they had been able to rearrange some appointments and they could come and sort the car out the following day at 2pm. I explained that I did have a tentative appointment with the previous company who had cancelled but would happily cancel that if enhanced were sure they would be able to attend as I was giving the car to my son in 2 days. And after the first failed visit i could not risk another due to the short timeframe of me giving the car to my son. I was assured they would be there the following day at 2ish and that I would receive a call when he was leaving the appointment before mine. 2pm the next day came and went and no contact so I sent a text about 3pm asking if they were still attending. No response to this or the phone calls I tried to make. Yes I am frustrated that they never attended but more frustrated that my attempts to contact them were seemingly ignored. I understand that sometimes things crop up which throw a spanner in the works but when they do the right thing to do is contact the people it effects to let them know. This experience cost me half a days holiday, Not terrible but I have learnt my lesson.
