Yoga Reading

I have been going to Yoga Reading for around a year and cannot recommend them enough. All of the instructors are so friendly and helpful. Everyone is made to feel welcome. I have felt and seen a great improvement in my postures since going. If you are looking to try a class give them a go

Ive been going to classes at Yoga Reading since (approx) January 2019. They studio is great, especially after the recent refurb and the instructors are brilliant - theyre really knowledgeable and approachable. Yoga Reading is doing well with the classes and workshops they offer and generally its a great space to be able to move in

Great yoga studio and the teachers are fantastic, they provide variations for poses and really help explain as you move through postures. I always leave feeling grounded.

I have been a member of yoga Reading for well over a year now and it was the best decision i have made. The range of different classes and styles allow me to include yoga into my busy work schedule which has had an amazing impact on my body and mind, on and off the mat. Every teacher is professional and always make classes fun and interactive. It always feels good when in class to be around like minded people who share the same passion.
