I absolutely love going to the Reiki & Meditation and the Sound Bath Meditation, I feel totally relaxed and happy afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend going. Kim makes you feel very welcome and guides you through the meditation in such a wonderful way. I also would recommend the Hatha Yoga, I am relatively new to it but have found it to be such a positive and uplifting experience. The studio is such a beautiful place to do yoga in, it makes it more special I think.
