I have just returned from a fantastic 3 day workshop held by Uday in Dublin. I travelled from Italy to attend as Uday had been recommended to me by teachers in the UK. I have been taught by many, many teachers of the Iyengar method and I can honestly say that Uday is one of the best I have experienced. He teaches so generously and with such compassion, you feel that he genuinely cares about you and your practice, whilst at the same time working his class deeply and precisely, in the true manner of our method. His attention to safety in asana and pranayama practice was a joy to experience. I simply can't reccommend his teaching enough! Uday is an amazing yoga teacher. He possesses vast depths of knowledge and experience but teaches with such humility, wit and humour. He has a rare ability to put all of his students, those new to yoga and more experienced yogis, at their ease so they can absorb all of his instructions and advice without any tension or stress. I would recommend his teaching to everybody.

If you havent been to Uday yet I am jealous as the first time he teaches you you will realize what a deep, kind and brilliant teacher he is - words can really not do him justice - if you are interested in yoga - go to Uday

Just finished 5 wonderful days with UDay. What a pleasure. We are so lucky to have Uday in England at the moment. If you have the chance to have a class or workshop with Uday it will make a huge difference to your practise. Thank you Uday. I hope to catch up with you soon. Om shanti
