        Used to work their in control, over 5 years ago left for a much better company! Glad I did ! As the department was going down hill, bullying and intimidation was the name of game there then and now unless you were in with those doing the bully and intimidating !high turnover of staff !!! recently heard a load of staff left for a rival water company! Enough said!!!!

        Keep putting up my direct debit for no good reason and they can magicaly tell how much water I will use over the next 12 months, clever company!

        Completly rubbish monopoly which makes life horrible over customer service phone calls. Feel like going to their office and doing the admin work by ourselves as the simple skills are lacking for person over the phone to deal with simple house moving
