Thames Water are Useless, charging me a huge amount for just a couple of units of water used. I live on my own so I barely use any water yet I've been charged 4 times as much as I am usually charged for. I've called 5 times and still the useless woman said she can't help me. I'm getting court threats yet I'm the one trying my best to resolve this but Thames Water are not cooperating. Doesn't even deserve one start I'd give them no stars if it would let me!

Thames water only gets the 1 star because you cant rate zero. We cant change providers which is unfortunate because the service is abysmal. Whenever the poorly maintained sewer (looked after supposedly by Thames water)from our building blocks, which it does fairly frequently, they are unable to communicate between themselves to organise a rectification without several phone calls from myself and several other customers before they manage to send someone. They make me want to move off grid because I honestly think I could do a better job with a medieval well and cesspit. Sort yourselves out Thames. You are a joke unworthy of the cheapest Christmas cracker available.

Experience? Too rude to write it down. If you are older or have a low income you can pay less for water. But they do their very best to make sure you don't get less. From not putting it on their site, not informing you and then saying we had never asked and still sending your bill as you can't get hold of them. We can do nothing. If you do manage to get though to them they pretend to be helpful and then you don't get the letter they promised to send. They threaten you will court action and you cannot prove a negative so they do what they want, and Covid is just an excuse for them to do nothing but insult us. It wouldn't have a star at all but you can't post if you don't so this is a brick, not a star.
