I've had more downtime with HyperOptic in the past 2 months than I have across the past 10 years of using the internet. Constantly battling their customer service that is unaligned, and seem to generate the same answers. However, they are nice, and responsive... if thats worth anything? the service itself is fast. But the stability is awful. Worst experience i've had. Their cancellation fees seem to be your monthly cost x remaining months... so you're pretty trapped once you're in. Edit: they have finally sent an engineer to my address who was very nice. Explained the issue and hopefully will solve the frequent drop outs... Although there was no communication to me direct regarding when the engineer would turn up! Changing to 3 star for the time being...
