        Always competitive prices for our dog food. Had a problem with one product (not their fault). And they resolved the issue straight away, fast friendly customer service. Recommend

        I placed an order over a week ago based on the promise of a 1-2 day delivery. Still waiting for goods nearly six days later so emailed company and received a prompt reply saying they would look into this. I received no further response so cancelled order a day later. Have now been told that they need to wait for the goods to be returned (even though they dont know where they are) before they process my refund. I regularly order dog food from various sources and only used Get Set Pet as they advertise a quick delivery time. I wont be fooled again.
