        My XC90 purchased from Waylands Reading Volvo recently developed an annoying 'squeak' from the rear passenger seat. The issue was initially addressed in a totally professional manner by Dave and Mark (head of servicing and specialist mechanic). Unfortunately the issue persisted and I am writing this review as a result of the outstanding service I have recently received from both gentlemen in identifying and fully rectifying the issue in all respects. Their professionalism, understanding and drive to rectify the issue are a credit to the dealership and Volvo UK and fully endorse my decision to purchase a Volvo. From sales forward, this franchise's customer service has been beyond reproach and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Waylands as a direct result. All staff should be credited with this from reception, sales and servicing through to the dealership management team. An exceptional organisation, highly recommended. Andy H
